Working with a great bunch of people, you will be responsible for increasing sales of products and services within new and existing accounts, as well as providing an excellent level of customer service.

The Role

  • Providing customer quotations and working closely with sales support on post order queries.
  • Keep all databases up to date with relevant information to ensure data held within the CRM system is ‘clean’.
  • Business Intelligence gathering / research.
  • Participate in and following up of all marketing activity / vendor campaigns.
  • Spotting and acting on upsell/cross-sell/consolidation opportunities.
  • Ensure requests received from other team members’ accounts are dealt with correctly in their absence.
  • Take part in call out days, led by the Head of Sales and the BDM team.

The Person

  • Experience of working in an office environment, handling enquiries by phone and/or email.
  • Confident communicator, people skills, and a relationship builder with tact and diplomacy where required.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts.
  • GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English.
  • Ambition to progress.

Salary c£20,000 per annum, OTE.  Full time, permanent role - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
