It is important that you are able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the ability to prioritise your own workload and work calmly under pressure. This is a varied and interesting job covering many areas of responsibility and acts as the glue between departments. What you'll be doing Front of office responsibilities including meeting and greeting clients and dealing with phone and email enquiries. Setting up client records and managing database systems. Control the workflow of client records through the business. Chasing clients for any missing information not provided within their records. Preparing letters and reports. Manage / update social media platforms. Create and send marketing emails / mailshots. Booking in Accounts, Tax & VAT client records onto an in house system. Managing the petty cash. Banking money. Recording / scanning post. Skills & Experience Excellent grammar & punctuation skills for composing a high standard of written correspondence. Professional, polite telephone manner. Confident dealing with clients on a face to face basis. Able to work under your own initiative and work unsupervised. Have a key eye for detail with good organisational skills. An excellent level of IT literacy including Excel and comfortable in learning new systems. Numerate with the ability to work with and understand figures. Salary package Salary c£22-24k per year depending on experience. 20 days holiday plus bank holiday increasing by a further day for every 2 years of service up to a maximum of 25 days. Contributory pension scheme. Private medical cover. This is full time permanent role 37.5 hours weekly, usually 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This role is based at our Exeter branch however training is carried out at the Torquay office for the first few months of your employment.
