We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join our client’s friendly team in a small, welcoming office located in Torquay. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to work.
In this role, the Branch Administrator will support the office's Accountants. Responsibilities include overseeing the office schedule, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records and databases. Additionally, the Branch Administrator plays a key role in building relationships with both current and prospective clients.

Branch Administrator key responsibilities:
- Front office duties, including greeting clients and handling phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Handle filing and archiving
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Compile reports
- Manage diaries for team members
- Communicate with clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Are you the right fit for this Branch Administrator role?
To succeed as a Branch Administrator, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role (experience in legal or professional services is highly desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Advanced IT skills, with strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when preparing reports and correspondence
- A friendly, down-to-earth personality with a confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Numerical ability and a comfort level working with figures

- Salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience

This is a full-time, permanent Branch Administrator position, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
