Job Purpose Drive new business through growing existing customer base and developing relationships with new customers. You will provide support such as; report creation and analysis, and sales floor activities. You will work with the sales and marketing teams on developing opportunities. The role will require flexibility, and the Business Development Manager must be able to show maturity and be able to spend nights away/travel as and when required for business. Key Accountabilities Manage the relationship with key vendors on a day to day basis. Develop brand awareness in the channel. Internal liaison and development. Generate new business sales and opportunities. The Person Ability to build relationships with customers and partners. Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. A self-motivated and a driven character, being capable of working under minimal supervision on stated goals/KPIs and with good time management skills. Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office. Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines. Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts.
