    Business Support Executive (Remote Working) - Torbay - Devon

    The Business Support Executive role is home based with occasional meetups with your immediate team members (you will need to be within commuting distance of Torbay, South Devon) and very occasional travel to their production sites in London, Berkshire and Northern Ireland.

    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join their dynamic Commercial Team. This is a vital role focused on ensuring smooth operational workflows, with a particular emphasis on project management and administrative support across their travel sector accounts.

    Business Support Executive key responsibilities:

    • Support the Head Of Travel & Business Support Manager with project management from product sign-off through to launch.
    • Provide administrative assistance to uphold internal processes and ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
    • Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Organise and attend meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
    • Maintain and update databases, generate reports, and assist with project briefs, pricing submissions, and sample coordination.
    • Serve as a secondary point of contact for both internal teams and clients, working closely with Head Of Travel & Business Support Manager to maintain clear and consistent communication.

    Are you the right fit for this Business Support Executive role? 

    What we’re looking for:

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on service excellence.
    • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently from home while staying engaged and productive.
    • Willingness to travel regularly but locally to work with your immediate team members and occasionally to their production sites.
    • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is highly beneficial but not essential. 
    • A keen eye for detail, quick learner, and confident in asking questions and seeking clarity when needed.

    This Business Support Executive role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
