You will be the first port of call for customers, taking incoming calls and recording details of road traffic accidents in order to setup up a claim and begin the customer journey. The job involves a lot of phone and data entry work, and accuracy is paramount.
Full time and part time hours considered but must include Monday & Tuesday as they are our client’s busiest days.
The Job
- Take incoming calls and first notification of loss of road traffic accidents
- Collect and record accurate details from customers, and asking questions to get a full and clear understanding of the circumstances of the claim
- Photo copying and scanning documents
- General office duties
About you
- At least 1 years’ experience in a telephone based customer service role
- Ability to accurately record information obtained coupled with high levels of attention to detail
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Accurate data entry skills
