Customer Service Advisor (TQ13) - Devon £18-19k per year - Customer Services Ref: 165 Date Posted: Monday 02 Mar 2020 We are seeking a confident, organised and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The applicant must be someone who has previous experience in customer services and administration with great communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Working as a member of our small, friendly Customer Service team, your responsibilities will include: UK & International customer service by phone and email Welcoming visitors and issuing passes Sales and loan order processing Logistics – Obtaining quotations, booking collections and tracking shipments Generating monthly reports from our SAP CRM System Liaising with and supporting our UK sales team daily Loan kit management General administration Whilst we’ll provide training and support, you’ll need to have: Experience within a telephone based customer service role Quick and accurate data processing skills Excellent communication skills Ability to use own initiative Proficiency with computers, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Own transport is required due to our rural location What we're offering: Hours: Full time (9 am to 5 pm) £18,000 to £19,000 dependant on experience 20 days plus bank holidays Family-like work culture On-site parking
