Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email Process orders from point of sale, continuously liaising with suppliers and customers through to point of delivery Coordinate with suppliers and customers to arrange delivery of products Update and manage the CRM database Action order returns and exchanges Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary Whilst training is provided, you’ll need to have: Experience within a telephone based customer service role Quick and accurate keyboard skills for processing orders A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations Strong verbal communication skills Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails Role Type: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours) Salary from £20,000-£25,000 DOE.
