We looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor with a strong customer focus to join a growing team in Newton Abbot.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Process orders from point of sale, continuously liaising with suppliers and customers through to point of delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to arrange delivery of products
- Update and manage the CRM database
- Action order returns and exchanges
- Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary
Whilst training is provided, you’ll need to have:
- Experience within a telephone based customer service role
- Quick and accurate keyboard skills for processing orders
- A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails
Role Type: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours)
Salary from £20,000-£25,000 DOE.
