We looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor with a strong customer focus to join a growing team in Newton Abbot.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Process orders from point of sale, continuously liaising with suppliers and customers through to point of delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to arrange delivery of products
  • Update and manage the CRM database
  • Action order returns and exchanges 
  • Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary

Whilst training is provided, you’ll need to have:

  • Experience within a telephone based customer service role
  • Quick and accurate keyboard skills for processing orders
  • A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails

Role Type: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours)

Salary from £20,000-£25,000 DOE.
