Customer Service Advisor - Paignton - Devon £18,720 per year, pension, 28 days holiday inclusive - Customer Services Ref: 190 Date Posted: Monday 19 Apr 2021 This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading bespoke manufacturer. You'll be working under your own initiative and as part of a small, friendly Customer Service team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: To be the first line of Customer Services, answering customers questions and queries in a timely manner and dealing with customer service problems, escalating to the Customer Service Manager where necessary To assist with sales calls and respond to quotes and queries in a timely manner To enter EKM/web sales onto the system, ensuring all details are entered correctly and customers contacted should a problem arise To be responsible for logging all delivery issues and chasing up all credits which are due to us To be responsible for all outgoing post and correspondence To assist with filing and general office admin To send after sales emails to all customers once products have been dispatched, following up on any problems which arise To answer Live Chat promptly To carry out any other reasonable duties when required to by management Whilst we’ll provide training and support, you’ll need to have: Experience within a telephone based customer service role Good data processing skills - quick and accurate Ability to build relationships with our valued customers Good communication skills – comfortable on the phone, good standard of written work (e-mail) Experience using Microsoft Office Accurate record keeping skills Additionally a driving licence is needed as you will be required to do the post office run What we’re offering?
