This is an entry level for someone who would like to start there career within an office based customer service role. It's essential that you are confident on the phone, great with people and have good computers skills. A full training programme is provided with opportunities to expand your skills with continued professional development. The role

• Provide help and advice to customers over the telephone and by e-mail and face-to-face
• Process data and update client records
• Issue written correspondence and documents
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems and complaints 
• General administration duties

Salary £16,000 to £18,548 per annum. This is a full time (Monday to Friday), permanent role.
