The Job Deal with incoming emails and phone calls and choose the appropriate course of action Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating when necessary Handle queries in relation to orders Managing the email inbox Follow up quotes and opportunities by phone Complete documentation required in the sales process The Person Experience within an office telephone based role Ability to build great relationships with customers Excellent IT skills Good data processing skills Great communication skills, verbal and written Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines, attentive to detail The Benefits.
