The Job

  • Deal with incoming emails and phone calls and choose the appropriate course of action
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating when necessary
  • Handle queries in relation to orders
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Follow up quotes and opportunities by phone
  • Complete documentation required in the sales process

The Person

  • Experience within an office telephone based role
  • Ability to build great relationships with customers
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good data processing skills
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails
  • Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines, attentive to detail

Salary £17,000 per annum plus a team bonus (approx. £100 per month). Full time, permanent role - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
