This role requires exceptional communication and project management skills in order to manage the day-to-day running of our client’s website and 29 localized country versions.

From start to finish, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital launch of our client’s new product launches or line extensions.  After a kick-off call briefing with the client’s brand team, you will create a webpage proposal – working closely with our content editors and designers to ensure the briefing is fulfilled. This also includes creating and writing a text document, based on the brand’s marketing material and best practices for SEO, which will be used as a briefing for translators and implementers.

After a presentation of the webpage proposal and text document to the client, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the approved webpages across all 29 of the client’s global websites. This requires liaising with each relevant country to confirm their individual country launch date, sending/receiving their translation text document and briefing our content editors to ensure the update is implemented and launched on the correct website on their relevant launch day.

This process will require in-depth knowledge of the AEM system/components, close attention to detail and high standards of oral and written communication skills.

You will also be required to record and report to the directors on the budget position of each project.
