As a DSEAR Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that comply with DSEAR and supporting field engineers in their on-site works. Responsibilities Design and implement mechanical systems and equipment that comply with DSEAR regulations Manage DSEAR Installation and inspection works across the South West Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards related to mechanical systems Develop and maintain documentation related to DSEAR compliance, including risk assessments, safety reports, and management plans Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that DSEAR compliance is integrated into all aspects of mechanical system design and operation Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders on DSEAR compliance and related topics Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DSEAR regulations and related technologies, and provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements About You Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field would be preferred Extensive knowledge and experience with DSEAR regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with CAD software and other design tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Professional certification in DSEAR compliance or related field is a plus Salary & Benefits Competitive salary Company Pension Company Phone & Laptop Death In Service Insurance Company Vehicle 32 Days Paid Holiday (including statutory holidays) Remote working (ideally based in the South West of England) This is a permanent role working 40 hours Monday to Friday.
