What we need now is someone to help us accelerate that growth, a Head of Sales that can lead and inspire our sales floor and also inspire our customers, to do more.
It goes without saying that you will have experience of managing sales teams - perhaps with previous experience within the software industry. A track record of driving growth is essential, as is the ability to develop effective sales processes and developing a great ethos so our account managers and sales people can thrive in a culture of support and enablement.

With support from the Managing Director, and working in conjunction with our Head of Marketing, you will get all the support you need to help drive the business forwards in a hugely competitive IT landscape.
