Installation Projects Supervisor - Newton Abbot - Devon

Our client, a highly successful and quality driven home improvements company is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Installation Projects Supervisor for their decking division. Working closely with the group MD in delivering the very best in customer experience.

The Job

You’ll be working with a great bunch of people, adopting an active role within the management team in order to drive the company forward. Duties will include:

• Responsible for the overall installation process of decking system to both commercial and domestic markets, taking initial enquiries through to completion. 
• Liaising with key accounts and domestic customers ensuring effective relationships are maintained and installations are made in a timely manner.
• Producing accurate drawings, compiling cost quotations and evaluating materials required.
• Liaising with suppliers ensuring materials are delivered to site in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and management of installation teams providing detailed installation instructions.
• Provide prompt remedial action where necessary.
• Ensure quality standards are met.

You will be self-sufficient and confident to put your ideas forward, have an eye for detail with an analytical mind, be adept at planning and organising yourself and others with the ability to meet tight deadlines, solve problems and approach things creatively. Does this sound like you? • Previous experience in a similar role is essential with the ability to plan, cost and execute installation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Positive people management skills.
• Flexible team player with a "can-do" attitude.
• Highly organised. 
• Competent IT skills including basic drawing software.   

Salary £26-30k per year, negotiable, depending on skills and experience. Full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, or to meet the demands of the business.
