The Job

The purpose of this role is to increase product and services sales and deliver an excellent customer experience by:

  • Creation of new business opportunities through leads, call requests and referrals and existing customer base
  • Management of sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Compile accurate monthly forecasts
  • Profiling new and existing customers to find opportunities and assess future potential business
  • Establish new and maintaining client relationships
  • Preparing documentation for licensing contracts and services including proposals, quotes and tenders for customers
  • Developing and maintaining relevant product and licensing knowledge and certifications
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns
  • Management of publisher relationships
  • Some travel for instance to trade shows and customer meetings may be required

The Person

  • Experience of working in an office environment, handling enquiries by phone and/or email
  • Confident communicator, people skills, and a relationship builder with tact and diplomacy where required
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.Power point and CRM are an advantage
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English

Basic £19K plus bonus (Est. £21K to £26K OTE).  Full time, permanent role - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
