The Job The purpose of this role is to increase product and services sales and deliver an excellent customer experience by: Creation of new business opportunities through leads, call requests and referrals and existing customer base Management of sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets Compile accurate monthly forecasts Profiling new and existing customers to find opportunities and assess future potential business Establish new and maintaining client relationships Preparing documentation for licensing contracts and services including proposals, quotes and tenders for customers Developing and maintaining relevant product and licensing knowledge and certifications Identifying and resolving client concerns Management of publisher relationships Some travel for instance to trade shows and customer meetings may be required The Person Experience of working in an office environment, handling enquiries by phone and/or email Confident communicator, people skills, and a relationship builder with tact and diplomacy where required Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.Power point and CRM are an advantage Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English The Benefits.
