Key accountabilities: Support the Manager in all areas of their work. Deal with incoming emails and phone calls and choose the appropriate course of action. Follow up quotes and opportunities by phone. Complete documentation required in the sales process. Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating when necessary. Handle any other non-technical queries in relation to orders. Provide cover for team members. Managing the Email inbox. To be considered for this role, you will have: Experience dealing with people over the telephone. Good data processing skills. Customer service, sales support experience. Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines, attentive to detail. Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails. Excellent IT skills. The Benefits.
