Partner Manager - Ashburton - Devon

The Role

  • To sell products and services to achieve targets set
  • Developing and maintaining great relationships with customers
  • Recruit, manage and grow partner accounts
  • Proactively managing partners, growing those partners over a period of time
  • Creation and management of an effective opportunity pipeline
  • Prepare documentation for licensing and services contracts, including proposals, quotes and tenders for customers
  • Follow up on new leads, call requests and referrals
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Manage clients through follow ups and other arranged checks
  • Occasional customer visits
  • Preparing for, and partaking in, Vendor pipeline calls

The Person

  • Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
  • A proven record of account managing and customer relationships
  • GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English
  • Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines
  • Good grasp of basic English for writing letters and emails
  • Excellent IT skills.Must be proficient in Word, Excel etc.

Salary £19,000 per annum plus monthly bonus, c£23,000 per annum (Commission is payable from business generated accounts. The Partner Manager will also participate in the team commission pool).  Full time, permanent role - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
