£35-65k per year basic DOE
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an ambitious new property company looking to build a substantial portfolio of properties to let in the South West of England. This role is a key position in developing and maintaining their properties managed through your relationships with internal and external stakeholders as you look to assist in the growth of the portfolio. The role
The Property Manager will handling the day to day operations such as building a network of letting agents and key suppliers in geographical target areas, contract negotiation and management, developing innovative solutions to ensure we let properties quickly, ensuring property integrity, managing and progressing the process of buying property and the key relationships through to completion, maintaining property’s financials, managing communications and operational interfaces with stakeholders and helping to create and implement controls, processes and policies.
You will have a successful track record in property management, be a strong communicator with enhanced negotiation skills, have solid IT skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision and be looking for a long term role where you can grow and develop.
