Relationship Development Assistant (up to 6 months maternity cover) - Newton Abbot - Devon

This is an opportunity to join an exciting, high growth business. Due to our on-going expansion, we now have a vacancy for a full-time Relationship Development Assistant (temporary maternity cover) to join our busy office. The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the Relationship Development team and the regional staff.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Offering Administrative support to the Relationship Development Team and Regional Teams
  • Processing and following up online registrations
  • Processing bookings
  • Updating course flyers and other business development materials
  • Assistance with proof reading of marketing materials
  • Obtaining feedback on commissioned courses
  • Using IT systems to maintain accurate information on leads and bookings
  • Contributing to team and process development

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral and an excellent telephone manner
  • Highly computer literate and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in a training or education environment
  • Familiarity with direct marketing techniques, CRM systems and database management
  • Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent

PACKAGE

  • Annual salary dependent on qualifications and experience
