About this role

As a Renewals Administrator you will be ensuring that our customers are quoted to renew their existing software licence, at least 3 months in advance of due date. You will be requesting and reviewing renewal pricing from publishers and ensuring the information regarding purchase cost and sell prices are accurate. You will work with our wonderful sales team to resolve pricing queries and identify opportunities to consolidate and upsell renewals. You will maintain accurate renewal records in our system, negotiate commercials to get the best possible quote from publishers.

About you

You will ideally have at least two years in an administrative/operational position. Our most successful people are highly confident in their own ability, focused, supportive, practical and have a very keen eye for detail. Other skills we are ideally looking for:

  • Must be an excellent communicator, over the phone, written and face to face.
  • A self-motivated, passionate character with the ability to show initiative.
  • Exquisite attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and dialogue.
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to prioritise and re-prioritise during the day to ensure urgent tasks are completed.
  • The ability to choose the best course of action, escalate if required but retain ownership of the issue until resolved.
  • Personable and fantastic at building relationships with a desire to give the best possible service.

Salary: £20,000 per year plus commission
