You will play a key part in assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, and creating the best rental experience by maximising sales and service opportunities for every customer. What you'll be doing Advising private and corporate customers on the phone and in person while delivering excellent customer service Taking bookings through the booking software, processing paperwork and payments and explaining terms and conditions to customers Optimising the rental experience by upselling and offering additional products based on the customers’ needs Carry out administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles Helping to manage vehicle faults and service requirements Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service Working towards targets to increase sales Could you be part of this fantastic team? As their Rental Assistant you will need: Minimum 2 year sales experience Excellent communication skills both verbally and written To be thorough and pay attention to detail Great administration skills A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of using a database or/and booking system The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Be very organised and efficient with time management – it can be a busy role!
