The Job

Provide a high level of support to Account Managers, Renewals Team, Customer Service, Publishers and Distributors, and Customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Enable timely, efficient and accurate processing of orders
  • Provide customers with the highest level of service when handling their order
  • Working with the Account managers to resolve any customer queries
  • Support the sales teams by carrying the administrative functions of the sales order process
  • Act as first point of contact for the customer
  • To advise on ETA’s and deal with any other non-technical queries in relation to orders
  • Managing Microsoft customer portals and helping customers to activate their licences

The Person (must-haves!)

  • Experience of working in an office environment handling enquiries by phone and email
  • Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines
  • Problem solving and judgemental skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Logical thinker for creating and sanity checking reports and quotes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
