The Company

Our client is an award winning hot tub and swim Spa Company established in 2008, specialising in the full service and supply of the world’s leading luxury wellness brands, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, steam rooms and servicing.

The Job 

Due to exceptional growth and moving to a larger new premises close by, we are looking for a fun, bubbly, sales person to join our clients small and friendly team selling luxury goods such as hot tubs, swim spas, exercise pools saunas and steam rooms from their showroom. This will involve selling products to leads that come through the business, via phone, website and people who visit their showroom. You will encourage them to make an appointment to come and see their products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contact people on their CRM system who have made an enquiry online, and booking appointments to visit the showroom
  • Calling each lead that encounters the business
  • Answering the phone to people looking for more information on our products, and to previous customers wanting to ask support-related questions
  • Closing of sales
  • Use training provided to make product recommendations
  • Keeping customer records up to date on our CRM system (Zoho)
  • Attend county shows (Royal Bath & West and equivalents)
  • Other general showroom-related duties

No Cold Calling - This job role does not require cold calling; leads are generated online and via the showroom and will need to be called as soon as they are received.

The Person

  • Have B2C sales experience
  • Have proven experience of working with CRM systems and MS office
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Be able to building rapport with potential customers
  • Have proven skills in up-selling
  • Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also individually

Full training will be provided on all products, and we would like the role holder to progress within the company as future management opportunities and international training opportunities will arise.

Commission Potential

As a good sales person you will have the opportunity to earn £50,000-£60,000! ** in full time role THIS HAS BEEN ACHIEVED and PROVEN by other new starters.
