Emphasis is placed on fostering excellent client relationships so effective communication skills are a must! We’re a small, very friendly office and you will need to be flexible, willing to learn and take on a variety of work. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Taking calls from customers, responding to emails and dealing with customer queries and quotes. Entering sales orders onto our computer system. Provide customers with the highest level of service when handling their order. Ensure delivery dates and service expectations are understood and communicated to the business. To deal with any queries in relation to orders. Provide and maintain a record of activities and progress. General filing and office admin. Providing telephone cover when other departments are busy. Whilst we’ll provide training and support, you’ll need to have: Experience within a telephone based customer service role. Good data processing skills - quick and accurate. Ability to build relationships with our valued customers. Good communication skills – comfortable on the phone, good standard of written work (e-mail). Experience using Microsoft Office. Accurate record keeping skills. What we’re offering? Our standard hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however, we can be flexible and would consider a slightly shorter working week for the right candidate. Salary c£18,000 per annum. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days inclusive). Modern office space with free on-site parking.
