Sales Support Administrator - Ashburton - Devon

You'll be working with a great bunch of people providing support to the sales teams by carrying out the administrative functions of the sales order process.

Responsibilities

  • Enable timely, efficient and accurate processing of orders
  • Provide customers with the highest level of service when handling their order
  • Working with the Account managers to resolve any customer queries
  • Support the sales teams by carrying the administrative functions of the sales order process
  • Act as first point of contact for the customer
  • To advise on ETA’s and deal with queries in relation to orders
  • Managing customer portals and helping customers to activate their licences

The Person

  • Experience of working in an office environment handling enquiries by phone and email
  • Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails and contracts
  • A competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Logical thinker for creating and sanity checking reports and quotes
