If you love helping customers and have good administrative skills we have an exciting permanent opportunity to start immediately. As a Sales Support Administrator you will join this well-established company, talking to customers, processing orders and providing office administration and support to the external sales team.  

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing of sales orders, sales invoices/e-invoicing, credit notes and quotations
  • Responding to customer enquiries (via telephone and shared sales email inbox)
  • Record keeping and conformance with GDPR
  • Provide support to the External Sales Team
  • Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering outbound calls providing world-class service to our customers
  • Giving prices to customers over the phone
  • Answering simple technical enquiries on products
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring the booking-in procedure is followed
  • Processing any outbound correspondence to customers including notification of any price increases.
  • Provide support to the sales office where required in periods of holidays and absence

What we need from you

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proven customer service delivery
  • Knowledge in the Microsoft Office Package
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong team player

In addition knowledge in manufacturing environment and use of SAP ERP System would be highly beneficial.

Salary £20-22k per year.

This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Benefits include 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company pension and free parking.
