The Role

This job involves no cold calling or direct selling. It’s about building great relationships and providing support to resellers (to enable them to sell!) and Microsoft Enterprise Account Managers. Full training is provided but you must be capable of conveying a technical value proposition to CTO’s and business decision makers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with Resellers and Microsoft to increase sales of the Bing Maps Platform
  • Enabling businesses through Business Analytics and Logistics systems
  • Responsible for developing relationships and increasing publisher sales whilst maintaining customer satisfaction, through effective communication
  • Reporting to the Team Leader on a regular basis regarding opportunities and sales
  • Responsible for creating and presenting a monthly business review to Microsoft

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and dialogue
  • The ability to cope with a high workload and to stay calm and assured under pressure
  • A keen business mind with the ability to spot opportunities and execute on new business plans
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
