Software Sales Executive (French, Spanish, Italian) - Ashburton - Devon

£19-23K DOE plus bonus (OTE £24-28K), 23 days holiday, pension - Sales

The Role

Due to expansion our client is looking for a Sales Executive who is fluent in French, Spanish or Italian. The Company will provide training and support to give the tools needed to be successful in the role (you do not need previous software sales experience). Working with potential and existing customers you will help them understand the benefits of using location data within their applications. This will mainly be by telephone and email with some European travel required. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Deal with incoming emails and phone calls, and choose the appropriate course of action
  • End to end case management
  • Manage Deal Registration process
  • Follow up quotes and opportunities by phone or email
  • Complete documentation required in the sales process
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating when necessary
  • Handle any other non-technical queries in relation to orders
  • Provide cover for Account Managers and occasionally other team members when not available

The Person

  • Fluent French, Spanish or Italian business to business language skills as well as English
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Experience of working in an office environment handling telephone enquiries by phone and email
  • Customer service skills
  • Accurate record keeping skills to deadlines, attentive to detail
  • Literacy skills are required including spelling, grammar and punctuation for emails
