We’re a leading UK designer and manufacturer of radio paging, telemetry and data systems for use in commercial and industrial environments. The Job

Working as a member of our friendly sales office team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone and email liaison with installers and on-site engineers, providing technical assistance during installation and fault-finding of in-field equipment.
  • The preparation of quotations, order entry and giving technical advice to customers on the best system configuration for their given application.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Strong technical ability, preferably gained within a commercial environment, especially fire or security.
  • Calmness under pressure, coupled with good diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly and a keen interest in wireless systems.
  • PC literacy with good Windows based data entry skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • The ability, with training, to write up system configuration notes and simple diagrams to assist with quotations and customer installations.
  • Hands-on product familiarisation and training will be provided.
  • Experience with radio based systems, especially on-site UHF data & telemetry systems would be highly beneficial, but not essential.

Basic salary c£25,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. Holiday entitlement of 28 days per annum inclusive.
