As a Telephone Sales Advisor you will join this well-established national company, talking to customers over the phone, managing your own client base, and processing a high volume of orders. 

The Role - Telephone Sales Advisor

• Processing a high number of customer orders via telephone
• Providing first class customer service by taking accurate details of orders and processing them through the system 
• Build relationships and manage customer base
• Provide guidance to customers on a range of products and services
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and deal with customer enquiries
• Complete admin tasks

Skills & experience

As the Telephone Sales Advisor you will need the the following:

• Previous customer service experience from a phone based role
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills and be able to input data as you are listening to calls
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Computer skills including Outlook, Excel & Word
• Ability to build relationships with customers

Salary & Benefits

• £22,806 per annum
• Performance bonuses (earn up to £350 per month)
