• Take incoming calls and first notification of loss of road traffic accidents
• Collect and record accurate details from customers, and asking questions to get a full and clear understanding of the circumstances of the claim
• Photo copying and scanning documents
• General office duties

About you

• At least 1 years’ experience in a telephone based customer service role
• Ability to accurately record information obtained coupled with high levels of attention to detail
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
• Accurate data entry skills
